Council services

This service supports the conveyancing process in relation to the buying and selling of land or buildings, which results in the provision of the certificate, which consists of two parts:

• LLC1 - certificate of the local land charges register
• CON29 - the standard enquiries of local authorities relating to information held by them as part of its statutory functions. These enquiries are answered at the discretion of the local authority.
