Tenants get FREE access to home swap service.

Tenants of Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) can now sign up to a home swap service for free thanks to CBHs announcement that it has partnered with the mutual exchange service, HomeSwapper.

The HomeSwapper service helps council tenants who want to move home by matching them with other tenants who want to swap. Tenants are able to swap homes in their local area or at any location across the UK .

Sara Bennett, Head of Neighbourhood Services at CBH, said: "By giving our tenants free access to HomeSwapper we are offering them a simple and easy way to move home. HomeSwapper is a straightforward system, which will help tenants to make good, informed decisions if they choose to move.

"Partnering with this service should increase the number of mutual exchanges and will pave the way for smoother, quicker home swaps."
