Which services can I pay for?
You can pay your council tax, business rates, invoice, housing rent
and car parking fines online using your debit or credit card.
Which cards can I use?
Delta, Switch or Solo debit cards and Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Please note that a transaction charge of 1.35% of the amount being paid will be added to credit card transactions.
How will I know if my payment has been successful?
When you have finished entering your card details, and confirm you want to continue with the payment,
there will be a short delay while your card details are validated. If your payment is successful, a receipt will
be displayed which contains a transaction reference number. Please make a note of this number in case you need to
contact us about your payment.
If an error occurs, your payment will not be processed, and a message explaining why it has failed will be displayed.
Please note: the online payment facility is unavailable between 5.25pm and 5.35pm each day.
Processing your payments
Once your payment has been completed, we will process it within
two working days.
Is it safe?
YES. We will receive your card details using a secure server.
This means the transaction is encrypted between your machine
and the authority's server. Traditional website addresses begin
"http" - the address for a secure site will always begin
