Recycling centres and bring banks

Swindon Road recycling centre

The recycling centre in Swindon Road houses facilities for the disposal of household waste.  Vans, whether or not privately owned, are not permitted.  Small household trailers are accepted but must not be detached from the vehicle, so the items will need to be liftable.  Staff on site are happy to assist with unloading where required.

  • Sundays - 9.00am to 1.00pm
  • Bank holidays - Usually 9.00am to 1.00pm, but please check our bank holiday waste page as times may vary

*Summer time is March to October, when clocks are set to British Summer Time (BST); winter time is October to March, when clocks are set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
