Tracey,

The Inspector asked us to let her know the outcome of last night’s planning committee decision on the 
Oakhurst Rise site (18/02171/OUT). It was refused. The refusal statement is still being produced but the 
reasons for refusal will be similar to that of the last application on this site (17/00710/OUT). I’ve 
attached the officer’s report from last night for information.

I’m happy to provide any more information that the Inspector wants.
