Hi Tracey,

The Inspector did not ask to be informed, but I think she should know that the proposed new 
employment site E3- Land-north west of Grovefield Way, which was subject to appeal, the appeal 
decision has been issued, and the site has been permitted for the following:

5914sqm of commercial office space (Use Class B1), 502 sqm day nursery (Use Class D1) and 1,742sqm 
Aldi food retail unit (Class A1), with associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure works. Outline 
permission is also granted for the erection of 8,034sqm of commercial office space (Use Class B1), 
together with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works, with all matters reserved 
(except access) on land at Grovefield Way, The Reddings, Cheltenham.
