Appeal against decision for Land at Oakhurst Rise

Appeal by Mr Ian Kirby on behalf of William Morrison (Cheltenham) Ltd and The Trustees of the Carmelite Charitable Trust against Cheltenham Borough Council's decision to refuse outline application for residential development of up to 69 dwellings including access, layout and scale, with all other matters reserved for future consideration (revised scheme following refusal of application reference 17/00710/OUT).

The public enquiry will be held in the council chamber at the Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham on 20 August 2019 at 10am.
