Within the 18 months that the Cheltenham Transport Plan Phase 4 was operating (June 2018-December 2019), the public space at Boots Corner saw significant change - a temporary public realm was created, 9 weeks of data was collected, the High Street flythrough (featuring concepts for Boots Corner) was developed, and the Cheltenham Pigeon Art Project spread its wings for the first time.
