Everything Electric WEST to launch at Cheltenham Racecourse with EVs, home tech and hands-on test drives
Everything Electric is expanding its UK footprint with the launch of Everything Electric WEST, taking place for the very first time at Cheltenham Racecourse on 12 and 13 June 2026.
As a brand-new addition to the series, organisers expect strong attendance as the event arrives in the South West to meet growing demand for electric vehicles and home energy solutions.
CheltenhamZero, Cheltenham Borough Council’s initiative to drive local businesses, community groups, and charities to achieve net zero, is in partnership with Everything Electric WEST to support the event locally.
In response to increasing interest in salary sacrifice schemes and fleet transition, organisers will host a B2B EV Day on Friday 12 June, running alongside the consumer show. Business visitors can take advantage of expert-led theatre sessions, insights into financial savings, and the opportunity to test drive multiple electric models from a wide range of manufacturers.
Alongside the B2B offering, the event will maintain its signature family-friendly atmosphere across both days. Visitors can enjoy thousands of multi-brand electric test drives, providing a unique opportunity to compare vehicles in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
Attendees will also be able to explore the latest in home energy technology, including solar, battery storage, and heat pumps, with expert advice available on reducing both energy bills and carbon emissions. The live theatre programme will feature 30+ sessions, with leading voices discussing EVs, clean energy, sustainable living, and emerging technologies such as AI and robotics.
Beyond cars, visitors can take part in test rides on electric bikes, scooters, and skateboards, alongside a variety of activities designed to appeal to all ages—making it a full day out for families and enthusiasts alike.
Visitors will have the chance to see and hear from well-known presenters and personalities live on stage, including Robert Llewellyn (Red Dwarf, Scrapheap Challenge), BBC science presenter Helen Czerski, and Just Have a Think’s Dave Borlace.
