There will be minimal changes to Cheltenham’s waste and recycling collections following the Early May and Spring bank holidays. Collections will take place one day later than usual with crews working on Saturday 9 May and 30 May to complete the catch-ups. In some areas refuse and recycling collections take place as early as 7am and residents are asked to present their bins, boxes, bags and caddies at the kerbside by 7am....
