New drop-in sessions and office location changes for tenants
Drop-in sessions
From 5 October 2026, Cheltenham Borough Council housing services will be introducing regular drop-in sessions across the borough for our tenants, shared owners and leaseholders.
Tenants have told us that they would like it to be easier to speak to us face to face. These sessions will provide more opportunities for you to talk to a member of the housing services team closer to where you live. Staff will be able to help with general enquiries about your tenancy, our services, or any other questions.
Office closures
We will also be making some changes to our office locations. From 23 September:
- we will no longer be permanently based at Hesters Way or Oakley office
- our intercom facilities will close at these locations
- the post boxes at Hesters Way and Oakley will move to the Municipal Offices
Tenants can continue to drop off keys, forms, letters and other correspondence at the Municipal Offices:
- During opening hours: these can be handed in at reception from 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 10am to 5pm on Wednesdays
- Outside opening hours: secure post boxes are available at the front and back doors of the Municipal Offices
