We offer a range of ways for you to get involved and share your feedback, helping us shape the services we provide. Whether you prefer offering quick insights or getting more hands-on, there’s something for everyone. Here are some examples:
- Surveys: Share your opinions on our services and help us improve
- Acuity feedback: Provide detailed input on specific aspects of our performance
- Service experience surveys: Tell us about your direct experiences with the services we offer
- Lived experience panels: Join a group to discuss your day-to-day experiences of our services and suggest improvements.
- Estate walk-abouts: Walk the estate with us to identify areas for improvement
- Policy reviews: Get involved in reviewing our policies and help shape the way we work.
