Introducing our independent leaseholder panel

In 2024, we established a new, independent leaseholder panel to serve as a representative body, ensuring the needs and interests of our leaseholders are being met. The panel meets quarterly, providing an opportunity to discuss important matters affecting leaseholders and to raise any concerns.

The leaseholder panel reports directly to the newly formed Cheltenham Borough Council housing committee, further strengthening the voice of leaseholders in key decision-making processes.
