Residents, businesses and community groups are being asked to share their views on new proposals setting out how parish and town council boundaries could look across Cheltenham. The consultation sets out the proposed boundaries for the town council, alongside changes to the borough’s five existing parish councils - Charlton Kings, Leckhampton with Warden Hill, Prestbury, Swindon Village and Up Hatherley - and the possible creation of new parished areas....
