Public inquiry into proposed changes to the Local Plan

Cheltenham Borough Local Plan sets out land use and development policies and proposals for the borough. The plan has been subject to four statutory rounds of consultation.

The public local inquiry began on 2 November 2004 and ended on 18 February 2005.

Objections to the Local Plan which had not been accepted by the council were heard by an independent inspector. The inspector produced a report which considers these objections.

The council response to the further written representation were submitted to the inspector on 23 December 2004.
