Complaints concerning bus operators
If it is a subsidised bus service Gloucestershire County Council will follow the matter up with the bus operator. In order to so they will require the following information:
- service number
- time of journey
- any other details
- your contact details (they will keep your information private and will NOT share it with the operator, however they may need to be able to contact you to further their enquiries advise you of the outcome).

If it is a commercial service you will need to contact the operator in the first instance.
If you are not satisfied with the operator's response, you should contact the Traffic Commissioner Sarah Bell, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EH. Tel: 0870 606 0440
