Stage One: Gathering your views (19 May – 18 July 2025)
The stage one consultation has now closed. We will update the page following a review of all responses.
Stage Two: Consulting on proposals (20 October – 19 December 2025)
- Based on the feedback from Stage 1, we will develop specific proposals for changes.
- You will have another opportunity to give your views before final decisions are made.
Please note: This timeline is subject to change dependent on the feedback provided in stage one and the associated draft recommendations.
