Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 October 2012

New fitness classes are coming to leisure@cheltenham and to celebrate their launch, people can try them out free of charge this weekend.  Skiptrix (fitness through skipping) and street dance (in partnership with Anneli Dance) are just some of the new classes, as well as the old favourites including spin, circuits, body pump and combat.

Members of the public are also being invited to take part in Boojaka and Bokwa, which are similar to Zumba but different origins and styles.  For young people, junior badminton will be on offer.

Daniel Brookes, activities co-ordinator said:  ‘’Our launch weekends are always a great opportunity for people to have a go at something they haven’t tried before. We are pleased that this time around, we are offering some exciting new dance classes which are great for co-ordination and fitness.  We also have the firm favourites including spin and circuits, which are always popular.’’

All of the classes will be free of charge and to book a space, members of the public can phone the customer service team on 01242 528764.  For the full timetable, visit www.leisureatcheltenham.com
