Badminton England coach, Dan Brookes, is gearing up for a new ten week course of badminton coaching for youngsters aged from seven up to sixteen.

The sessions begin at leisure@cheltenham on Monday 9 May and enrolment starts from today.

The course will have sessions from 4 until 5.15pm for children aged from seven to eleven and those aged twelve to sixteen can join the 5.15 until 6.30pm class.  The course costs £40 and customers can sign up at the customer service desk.

Jenna Lepore, activities co-ordinator for leisure@cheltenham said:  ''This course is a great way for young people to learn new skills, working with different players each week. Dan will be an excellent coach and I have no doubt that the youngsters will really enjoy themselves.''
