Free exercise classes this weekend
Circuits, Zumba, spin cycling and body pump are just some of the free classes on offer this weekend at leisure@cheltenham. People of all abilities are invited to come along to the centre on Tommy Taylor's Lane and try out something new.
The free sessions will take place on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 April. Classes are on a first come, first served basis although members can pre-book at customer services.
The weekend will also include body step, deep water aqua, body balance and body combat.
Stephen Petherick, commercial manager at leisure@cheltenham said: ''This weekend will offer a great opportunity for people to come along to our award winning centre and experience an exercise class free of charge. They will also be able to find out more about our wide-ranging and accessible services.''
