Swimming lessons designed especially for those aged over sixty start on 28 April at leisure@cheltenham.

The 'fit as a fish' lessons will take place over ten weeks and places can booked now. 

Starting at 11.30am each Thursday, the forty five minute lessons cost a total price of just £26.

Nicola Rees, activities co-ordinator said:   ''These lessons are a great way for people to give their confidence and health a boost.  The course will teach the basics of swimming as well as improvements to stroke technique.''

There will not be a lesson during half term week - 5 May.
