16 and 17 July at leisure@cheltenham

leisure@cheltenham is throwing open its doors on 16 and 17 July so that people can call in and try something new. A variety of fitness classes will be on offer, free of charge, including Zumba, circuits and body step.

The free classes will mark the launch of a new programme of choreography.  They are available on a first come, first served basis although members are able to pre-book.  The free classes will also include body pump, spin, deep aqua aerobics, body balance and body combat.

Suzanne Meaden, activities co-ordinator said:  ''Our free weekends are a great chance for people of all fitness levels to have a go at a group class.  I hope that lots of people will come along to see what we have to offer.''
