World Mental Health Day

The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on 10 October every year.

Sometimes, finding the words to say how we feel is tough. You can feel like you’re talking another language. Feeling like no one else understands, but we do, you are not alone. There are people who want to listen. See the list of support services below which offer information and support.

Helpful wellbeing mini presentations

The following presentations have been put together for Heads Up Cheltenham, to show some of the mental health and wellbeing services available, and provide some ideas and tips about how you can help yourself, as well as others.

  1. Kooth and Qwell online wellbeing communities
  2. Parenting through poor mental health
