Heads Up Cheltenham exists to encourage good mental health and wellbeing across our town.

Heads Up Move More Miles challenge

This summer, Heads Up Cheltenham and Move More have come together to launch the Heads Up Move More Miles challenge for the whole community of Cheltenham - to encourage more physical activity, which in turn can help mental health and wellbeing.

By walking, running or cycling, you can count the miles generated over the six weeks of school summer holidays and donate them to your local school. Take your chart into school with you or if you are a member of the community, please photograph and email your grand total chart to HeadsUpChelt@cheltenham.gov.uk by 13 September.

Heads Up Cheltenham Active Summer for adults activity list

Keeping both mentally and physically active is good for our mental health and wellbeing. Please see our Active Summer list for activities for adults taking place over the summer months in Cheltenham. Learn a new skill, walk a new walk or learn to relax… take your pick!
