All major applications 

What must it include?

The Energy Statement must provide us with the comprehensive information required to assess the proposal’s compliance with the Climate Change Supplementary Planning Document (June 2022) as well as Joint Core Strategy Policy SD3 (Sustainable Design and Construction). The provision of an Energy Statement with major applications is an explicit requirement of JCS Policy SD3.
