Notice of vacancy for ward councillor for Prestbury

Due to the resignation of Councillor John Payne, there is a casual vacancy in the office of Councillor for the Prestbury Ward of Cheltenham Borough Council. Any two local government electors for the ward may give notice in writing to me requesting an election to fill the said vacancy.
