  1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA, between the hours of 10am and 4pm on any working day from 30 March 2026 (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm Thursday 9 April 2026.
  2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the Returning Officer at the Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA, during the times stated above.
  3. If any election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 7 May 2026.
  4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by midnight on Monday 20 April 2026.  Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
  5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA, by 5pm on Tuesday 21 April 2026.  Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-postal-vote
  6.
