Refuse could not be collected from Clarence Street and Russel Place due to road re-surfacing. The crews will return tomorrow to try and collect.

If you would like to report a missed collection, please email cleansing@cheltenham.gov.uk with your name, address and postcode and details of which bins were missed.
Or you can telephone customer services on 01242 262626 (lines are open during office hours only).
All missed collections need to be reported within 48 hours.
