MOT testing

Cheltenham Borough Council's testing station has been established since 1987 and is authorised to test the following classes of vehicles:

• Class 7 - light goods vehicles between 3000kgs and 3500kgs maximum weight
• Class 4 - cars and light goods vehicles up to 3000kgs maximum weight
• licensed taxis

The staff employed are fully qualified and experienced technicians and the standard and quality of testing is reguarly checked by VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency), the government body responsible for testing MOT standards throughout the county.

Opening times

The station is open for MOT testing during the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday - 8am to 3pm
• Friday - 8am to 2pm
