Cheltenham Borough Council strives to maintain the best possible security and confidentiality in respect of personal information. The council receives and answers requests for information from members of the public, clients and employees about themselves in connection with its services. This information can sometimes be provided while you wait (for example whether you have a current library card or sports facility membership). You will be asked to prove who you are before confidential information is released.
