Sign up to the service
New customers can sign up to the scheme using one of the methods below.
If you are an existing customer, you will be contacted around four weeks before your renewal date with information on how to renew.
If you already have a garden waste subscription and would like an additional bin collected, you will need to purchase an extra subscription. You can use the same sign‑up methods.
In-person payments are no longer accepted at council offices. Please read the FAQs for more information about the changes to payment methods.
Prices 2025/26
12-month subscription: £57, plus £4.99 delivery fee per bin.
From 1 April 2026, new subscriptions will be £60, plus £4.99 delivery fee per bin.
