Ledmore Road Estate: draft character appraisal and management plan

As part of the emerging Cheltenham Plan (2011-2031) we are proposing to designate the Ledmore Road Estate as a conservation area.  The conservation area would be designated via the adoption of the Cheltenham Plan which is due to go out to public consultation from 12 February until 9 April 2018.    

In a separate process, a character appraisal and management plan for the conservation area will be put forward for adoption in future in order to inform development in the conservation area.  We have drafted a character appraisal and would like your comments on this to help shape the document and subsequent management plan.

Parish council meeting

The conservation officer will be at the meeting of Charlton Kings Parish Council on 26th February 2018 which starts at 7pm to discuss the draft character appraisal.
