Licensed gaming machine permit or notification

Pubs and alcohol licensed premises are able to have gaming machines on the premises.  Gaming machines are also known as fruit or amusement with prizes machines.

Permits/notifications last for 10 years and an annual fee is payable.

Making an application

Before you apply, please read the following Gambling Commission advice:

Provide us with:

1.  Either

  • completed notification if you want no more than two machines or
  • completed application for a permit if you would like more than two machines.
