Index of Buildings of Local Interest (June 2007)
The Index of Buildings of Local Interest was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) by the council on 28 June 2007. It will be used as a material consideration in the determination of planning and related applications. The SPD provides advice and guidance to owners and occupiers of buildings included on the borough's index of buildings of local interest.
Additional information on the SPD includes: adoption statement; sumary of main issues; SEA ; statement of compliance with the Ssatement of community involvement.
The Sustainability Appraisal Report should be read in conjunction with the SPD that you are interested in.
