Management Plan 2011-2020
Over a number of years funding was secured to improve the park and a consultant appointed to draw up a masterplan for the site, addressing the concerns of the local community and responding to their suggestions for improvement.
Extensive landscaping work was undertaken to address access issues, safety and security, to create an area of natural play and to enhance wildlife and biodiversity.
In 2011 a management plan, running from 2011 - 2020, was written to ensure the park is continually looked after for both park users and wildlife.
