Varying your licence
|We offer pre-application advice for variation applications.|
Will tacit consent apply?
No. It is in the public interest that the authority must process your application before it can be granted. If you have not heard from the local authority within a reasonable period, please contact it.
You can apply online or download and complete an application form.
You will have the option to complete a fully interactive PDF form that you can download, complete and submit online. You will also be able to make your payment online if applicable.

Download contact details for the responsible authorities.
You will need to advertise your application by:

What happens next
A 28 day consultation period will begin on the day after we receive your application.
If there are no representations (objections) to your variation, your licence will be granted with conditions.
If representations are made, you will be contacted so that we can discuss these with you. If they cannot be resolved then your application will be referred to the licensing sub-committee.
This sub-committee must make a decision on your application within 20 working days of the end of the consultation period.
