Name, address and telephone number.
Who do we share the information with?
The Mayor and Mayor’s officer.
Is any information transferred to or stored on servers based outside the European Economic Area?
No.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep the information for one calendar year after the Mayor leaves post.
Who do we collect information from?
The organiser of an event.
What are the consequences if we do not collect the data?
- The security of the Mayor on arrival and for the duration of the event.
- We would be unable to make contact in the event of an emergency
Are any decisions about you made by automatic means?
No.
