If you believe that you have identified a dangerous structure please contact the building control team. It would be helpful if you could clearly identify where the structure is and, if possible, the name of the owner.
When a dangerous structure is identified we will assess the level of risk associated with the problem and will take action. Removal of the danger does not mean that the structure will be demolished. We are not responsible for making the structure safe, this responsibility remains with the owner.
