We collect information to assess your application to participate in the Paws in the Park event and to contact you with regard to the event. We will use your information to issue a receipt for payment for a stall.
There is no statutory duty on the Council to organise the event or to collect your information. You consent to the Council to use the information in relation to this event only.

We collect your title, name, nature of business or charity, contact details (telephone and e-mail) and public liability insurance details.

We do not share this information with anyone.

How long do we keep your information?
We keep information about you for a maximum period of twp calendar years (current year plus one).

What are the consequences if we do not collect the data?
It would not be possible for you to participate in this event as a stall-holder without the Council having contact and insurance details.
