What information do we collect about you?

Personal details and where relevant in specific cases housing data, data around criminal activity, health related data, school related data.

Who do we share this information with?

Gloucestershire Police, Gloucestershire Social services, Cheltenham Borough Homes and registered voluntary organisations

Is there any information transferred to or stored on servers based outside the EEA?

No.

How long do we keep your information?

Normally we would keep the information for a year after our last contact with you.

However in the case of vulnerable adults being involved until five years after we no longer have a concern for their safety. Or in the case of when a child has been at risk until they are 25 years old.

Who do we collect information from?

The family involved and Gloucestershire Police, Gloucestershire Social services, Cheltenham Borough Homes and registered voluntary organisations

What are the consequences if we do not collect the data?

We will not be able to provide your family with the support you need.

Are any decisions about you made by automatic means?

No.
