If you come to us with complaints about anti-social behaviour we need to collect information about you to help us investigate and respond to your concerns.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about:

  • You (name, address, contact details)

Who do we share the information with?

  • Complainant details are not shared with any organisation outside of Solace
  • Gloucestershire Constabulary – we routinely share information with our colleagues as part of Solace (data sharing agreement in place).
  • Gloucester City Council - we routinely share information with our colleagues as part of Solace (data sharing agreement in place).

Is any information transferred to or stored on servers based outside the European Economic Area?

We keep the information about you for a maximum of 3 years after the investigation of your complaint is completed

The council will be unable to investigate your complaints.
